  • You have no loose veneers, bridgework or loose crowns or if you do you understand that these will not whiten.
  • You have no loose or decayed teeth and are not suffering from gum disease (periodontal disease).
  • While using our tooth whitening products, and for at least an hour after each session, you must not smoke or drink red wine, tea, coffee, or any other food or drink containing food colouring. You should avoid these, and any other dark food or drink, during the entire whitening process, and for 48 hours after the end of treatment.
  • Carbamide peroxide use may cause temporary tooth sensitivity and gum irritation.
  • If you have problems while you are using our products you should stop using them at once and seek a dentist's advice. Your dentist should have agreed to your whitening your teeth.
  • You are not allergic to the ingredients in our products.
  • Carbamide peroxide should be used only under the supervision of a dentist.
  • Whitening products will not whiten crowns, veneers, bridges, fillings, or other dental work.

Delivery
All orders are sent within 24 hours if ordered before 4pm weekdays. Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery and should arrive the next working day, but deliveries with Royal Mail can take up to 5 working days.
