Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between you and the service provided by Dentists?
A major difference is the lower COST of our service! We give you an identical kit to the one dentists use, giving you the same results.

What active ingredients does your kit contain?
The active ingredient is Carbamide Peroxide, 0.1% which complies with UK & EU regulations.

Does it give the same results as lower strength gels?
No, if you use a lower grade gel it takes much longer to whiten your teeth.

Is this process harmful to my teeth?
The process if not harmful if you follow the procedure correctly. The gel doesn’t weaken or harm teeth.

Can I whiten my teeth while I'm pregnant?
As there has not been enough research on this, we recommend that you not use any whitening system, teeth whitening at home is also not recommended for anyone under 16.

How white will my teeth get?
You will notice results within 2 to 3 days due to the strength of the gel.

in most cases you notice results pretty much immediately. Although the gel is fast working, progress depends on the individual’s stains. For deeper yellow stains the process should take from 2-3 weeks for deep yellow stains.

Yes you can use the whitening kit without any effect on false teeth, but it will only work on your natural teeth.

Once I have completed the treatments, how often should I touch-up?
This depends on the individual, your age and diet. Once you have completed your treatment you should be at your optimum whiteness.

How should the kit be stored?
The kit should be stored out of direct sunlight, teeth at a temperature above freezing and under 85ºF. It is a good idea to store the gel in the fridge, stored correctly the gel has a shelf life of about 2 years.
